Hampton Inn Phoenix/Anthem

Very comfortable bed and a nice, quiet room for resting. I also enjoyed breakfast as you had many options to choose from.

No complaints.

Clean room and pleasant staff

I was told the bill would be sent by email so was unable to check if it was correct. I never received an email and on receiving credit card statement I have discovered I have been charged twice.

The room was huge and pet-friendly included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. It had absolutely perfect location and super-friendly staff on shift. It also was in a booming area north of Phoenix.

Doors shutting are way to loud.

Spoke on the phone with Bill who was very helpful and professional. Victoria at the front desk was very accommodating and charming. The gals at breakfast were cheerful and welcoming.

It's minor but the lamp in our room was covered in old nail polish and one of the beds was really wonky and made a loud bang when you rolled over.

The staff went out of their way to help us with a problem with our booking. I was impressed.

I have now eaten at Hampton Inn for breakfast many times. The eggs are rubbery. The TV remote control did not work. The rate was expensive because of Spring Training demand.

The location felt safe for the area

The staff were very rude - especially those on shift at 5am when we were heading off to the airport - quite disheartening. Also, the towels had a lot of large make up stains and the coffee machine had residue throughout.

We arrived early and our room was not ready, the hostess, Victoria as so kind and went to hurry the house keepers along. We went to lunch and when we got back it was ready. Happy, friendly staff. Just what I like.

No tea, poor wi-fi, noisy a/c and room not serviced -first time experienced this in over 40 years of travelling over 5 continents, 20 countries and 4 US states.

The pool area could use some improvement.

There are plenty of dinners, outlets and more right outside the door. In the same time it's quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spacey and bery clean.

Everything! Staff friendly and helpful Hotel very clean Little touches like fresh cookies in the evening, fresh coffee and fruit water 24/7 in the lobby. Aircon is quiet in the room. Room was spacious and quiet (no neighbouring noises!!) Breakfast was lovely - great selection. Good gym / laundry facilities. Would stay again.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides internet access, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with late check-in. I highly recommend it for a seamless experience. I'm coming back for a city break.
